Terms of Service

1. Payment Terms

  • Payment in full is required before production begins.

  • Payments can be made via invoice, which will be sent to the customer. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and Apple Pay.

2. Pricing

General Pricing Per Stitch Count:

  • Up to 5,000 Stitches - $5.00

  • 5,000 to 10,000 Stitches - $10.00

  • 10,000 to 15,000 Stitches - $15.00

  • 15,000 to 20,000 Stitches - $20.00

  • 20,000 to 25,000 Stitches - $25.00

  • 25,000 Stitches and above - $1.00 per additional 1,000 stitches

Additional Fees:

  • Digitizing Fee: $25 flat rate for first-time custom artwork. If we already have your artwork on file, no digitizing fee will be applied.

  • Setup Fee: $20 per order.

3. Turnaround Time & Production

  • Standard turnaround time is approximately two weeks from customer approval, depending on the number of garments.

  • Turnaround times may vary based on supplier availability, shipping delays, or other factors. Customers will be updated throughout the process.

4. Customer-Supplied Garments

  • Damage to customer-supplied garments is always a potential risk when modifying them. While we use high-end commercial machines and take every precaution to ensure precision, some risks remain.

  • Customer-supplied garments must be clean and free of any contaminants before submission.

  • Any errors in production or damage to customer-supplied garments are at the customer's own risk.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

  • Refunds are only available for pre-designed, non-customized items sold on our website. Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

  • We do not ship defective items. If a defective item is received, we will offer a refund or replacement free of charge.

  • Custom items cannot be refunded, and production cannot be stopped once it has started.

6. Quality & Errors

  • We use industry-leading embroidery machines and expertise to provide high-quality results. However, as with any custom modification, slight variations may occur from garment to garment. We strive to minimize these differences as much as possible.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that artwork is accurate and meets their expectations. We will provide a stitch-out sample before full production, but it is the customer’s responsibility to verify accuracy before approval.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship using FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on the order and location.

  • Shipping costs will vary based on destination and order size. Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped.
