• We provide all types of custom embroidery—if you have an idea, we can make it happen. We also offer patch-making services and sticker production. Reach out for a quote.
• There is no minimum order quantity at this time. However, a one-time digitizing fee applies for custom artwork.
• Bulk discounts are available and will be discussed during the quote process.
• You can provide your own garments for embroidery. However, you will be responsible for shipping costs.

General Pricing Per Stitch Count:

• Up to 5,000 Stitches - $5.00
• 5,000 to 10,000 Stitches - $10.00
• 10,000 to 15,000 Stitches - $15.00
• 15,000 to 20,000 Stitches - $20.00
• 20,000 to 25,000 Stitches - $25.00
• 25,000 Stitches and above - $1.00 per additional 1,000 stitches

Additional Fees:

• Digitizing Fee: $25 flat rate for first-time custom artwork. If we already have your artwork on file, no digitizing fee will be applied.
• Setup Fee: $20 per order.
• Payment in full is required before production begins.

• Accepted file formats: .dst, .emb, .ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf (vector preferred). .png and .jpg may be accepted if the image is clear.
• If you need us to clean up your logo or redo the artwork, pricing will be discussed based on the complexity of your existing file.
• A test stitch-out will be provided before full production begins.

• Local pickup or delivery is available within a designated area, which will be discussed in the quote.
• We ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping costs will be calculated based on location and order size.

• Refunds are available for pre-designed, non-customized single items listed on our website. Refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• We do not ship defective items. If a defective item is received, please contact us immediately for a free refund or replacement.
• Custom items cannot be refunded, and once production has started, we cannot cancel the order.

• We can embroider on most specialty materials, including leather, bags, and more. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
